Refund Policy

1. The tournament is limited to a maximum of 16 teams.
2. A minimum of 8 teams is required to proceed or the event will be cancelled.
3. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient team registrations, all paid teams will receive a full refund.
4. These are processed within 7 days of the announcement.
5. The advertised prize pool is based on a full 16-team tournament.
6. If fewer than 16 teams enter, the prize pool may be adjusted proportionally at the discretion of the organizers.
7. The final prize pool will be confirmed before the tournament begins.
8. Once the tournament has officially started, entry fees are non-refundable.
9. Teams that voluntarily withdraw after payment are not guaranteed a refund.
10. Tournament organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If the tournament is cancelled before commencement, teams will receive a full refund in accordance with this policy.
